The grand opening of 32nd Surajkund International Crafts Mela 2018 was held on February 2, at Faridabad (Haryana). The inauguration of the mela is done by the CM Yogi Adityanath and CM Manohar Lal Khattar.
This craft mela is a perfect blend of Indian folk traditions and cultural heritage. This year the Surajkund Crafts Mela has chosen the Uttar Pradesh as themed state and Kyrgyzstan as a partner nation. Based on the Banaras theme, the craft mela is a complete package of richness and diversity of the handicrafts, handlooms and cultural fabric of India.
