Modi’s PM CARES ventilator SCAM During Covid, PM Modi started PM CARES fund which received thousands of crores from India and overseas. However, the PMO has refused to disclose details of the fund under RTI saying it is “private.” Now here’s some shocking details
According to financials on PM CARES website, Modi’s “private fund” spent ₹ 21,466,230,140 (₹2146 crores) for purchasing 50,000 ventilators
This means that cost of 1 PM CARES ventilator was about ₹4.2 lakhs Remember this number: ₹4.2 lakhs paid per ventilator

Now, PM CARES ventilators were bought from a company called AgVa Healthcare because they were much cheaper
News reports quoted CEO of AgVa saying that the cost of 1 ventilator was ₹1.5 lakhs PM CARES paid: ₹4.2 lakhs/ventilator Real cost: ₹1.5 lakhs/ventilato

It gets more interesting:
In 2020-2021, numerous govt hospitals REJECTED these PM CARES ventilators because they were found to be faulty
In fact, in May 2021, the Bombay High Court came down heavily on the Govt over complaints of faulty PM CARES ventilators

Questions: 1. Why did PM CARES fund pay ₹4.2 lakhs per ventilator when the cost was ₹1.5 lakhs? 2. Why were these overpriced PM CARES ventilators found to be faulty? PM CARES is a scam. Modi took CRORES in donations & has HIDDEN his “private fund” from the public
